The Castell is a very special place for us. When we first visited it (on an atypically rainy day for Barcelona standards) we immediately felt a connection to this beautiful location. We were already enchanted by the castle’s surroundings, when the clouds opened up and a ray of sunshine, the first of the entire day, shone down on Valentina just as she approached the spot where the altar was to be placed. That moment sealed the deal for us, but we were even more convinced of our choice after visiting the town of Altafulla, which will be a wonderful frame for our celebration.
